Product Features:
1. The punching unit is configured with two or three sets, which can be equipped with three types of punches featuring different diameters. The three sets of punching dies are positioned via numerical control to adjust the spacing. It is capable of punching not only round holes but also oval holes. Its high feeding and punching speeds enhance production efficiency; for angle steel of 50×50×4mm specification, the output reaches 9–10 tons per eight-hour shift.

2. The marking unit features a closed structure with excellent rigidity. It is equipped with four sets of cassettes, which are selected via programming, and the marking spacing can be set arbitrarily. Additionally, a disc marking method is available as an option. The disc marking system includes 10 rows and enables automatic character selection without manual intervention, significantly boosting marking efficiency.

3. The cutting unit employs a single-blade shearing mechanism, a design favored for its high shearing force. Each cutting operation generates no waste material, and the cut surface remains neat and smooth. The blade housing features an open-door design, facilitating quick and safe blade replacement.

4. The horizontal material table conveys angle steel to the rotating material rack. The rotating material rack, driven by a motor and reducer, enables the stable placement of angle steel onto the feeding conveyor.

5. The workpiece is clamped and fed by the CNC feeding carriage, which offers high positioning accuracy. The CNC feeding carriage is driven by a servo motor, incorporating photoelectric encoder feedback and closed-loop control.
