Application:

The plate sheets and flange drilling, milling, and marking machine is comprised of a bed, longitudinal slide, gantry, transverse slide, vertical feed unit, drilling and milling spindle, worktable, cooling system, automatic chip removal system, automatic lubrication system, pneumatic system, electrical system, and other key components.

2. The servo-driven sliding drilling power head of the cnc steel plate cutting machine is capable of drilling, reaming, tapping, chamfering, and groove milling. It can operate both in conjunction with other units or independently. The drilling spindle features a Taiwan-made precision spindle (internal cooling) with a BT50 taper hole, and is equipped with a butterfly spring automatic broaching mechanism. This setup allows for easy tool replacement by using a connecting rod, hydraulic cylinder tool loosening system, enabling quick changes between drill bits or milling cutters.
