1. The beam saw machine's feeding mechanism employs CNC-controlled carriage clamping and feeding, ensuring high-speed operation and precise positioning accuracy.
2. Three BT40 high-speed spindles are utilized to drill the three faces of the H-beam. Equipped with carbide drill bits, the spindles can reach rotation speeds of up to 3000 rpm. This design delivers high processing efficiency and excellent drilling results. The chips generated during the drilling process are efficiently removed by the chain-type chip conveyor.

3. The CNC beam drill line features a mist cooling system, providing both internal and external cooling capabilities. Each drilling spindle unit is equipped with its own external cooling nozzle and internal cooling connector, which can be selected based on the specific drilling requirements. Internal and external cooling can be used either independently or simultaneously.
4. The automatic tool changer (ATC) system can be installed as per customer requirements, eliminating the need for manual tool changes. This enhances time efficiency and significantly improves overall productivity.

5. The beam drilling machine can optionally be equipped with a hydraulic disk marking system. The disk is precisely positioned by a servo motor and is capable of marking 36 different characters quickly and efficiently.
