The standard cycle time for cold-pressing operations is 10 seconds per workpiece, while the thermal processing cycle takes 120 seconds per unit (dependent on the specific material grades and dimensional requirements of the components being processed). Furthermore, fabrication of the workpieces commences only once the heating temperature reaches 800 degrees Celsius (the red-hot phase), with the precise process parameters being established based on the material type and the desired bending angle tolerances.

During the thermal treatment stage of the workpiece, once the process parameters are configured, operators can initiate the cycle by either pressing the start function or using the foot pedal switch to activate the fully automated operation sequence.
