This processing line consists of a transverse conveyor, overturn conveyor, infeed conveyor, CNC infeed carriage, two drilling units, one marking unit, an automatic unloading conveyor, as well as the related hydraulic station and electric cooling system. It incorporates CNC technology and servo motors for feeding, guaranteeing high efficiency and consistent workpiece precision.

2. A drilling unit is mounted on each side, with each unit capable of holding three drills of different sizes. The drilling units feature CNC-controlled motion for depth adjustment, ensuring accurate hole positioning.
3. The rotational speed of all spindles is continuously adjustable through a transducer, while the feeding speeds are infinitely variable via speed control valves. The transition between rapid feeding, operational feeding, and rapid retraction of the spindles is fully automated.

4. The drilling line features a single marking unit, which allows for straightforward presetting of marking positions. Marking, workpiece clamping, and the infeed process for drilling are all powered by the hydraulic system. Essential components are procured from leading international suppliers. A recirculating cooling system is incorporated to prolong the lifespan of the drills.
5. Both the marking and drilling operations are fully automated. Finished components are discharged via a pneumatic turnover system, minimizing physical strain on operators and delivering significant benefits compared to competing manufacturers.

By entering the workpiece dimensions, the processing program is automatically generated.
