Additionally, fabrication commences only once the heating temperature reaches 800 degrees Celsius (the red-hot phase), with precise process parameters defined based on the material type and the required bending angle tolerances.

8. During the thermal treatment phase, once the process parameters are configured, operators can initiate the cycle by either pressing the start button or activating the foot pedal switch to begin the fully automated operation sequence. This sequence follows a predefined set of steps, including the heating feed, application of thermal energy, retraction of the heating elements upon completion, clamping and compression of the workpiece, ram lifting, and finally, the unloading and retrieval of the processed workpiece.

The pressure ram does not need to return to its home position; instead, the lower pressing die is elevated to create a 100mm clearance, facilitating the easy removal of the workpiece.
