Product Features:
1. This production line consists of a lateral conveyor, flip-over conveyor, intake conveyor, CNC infeed trolley, two drilling modules, one marking module, an automatic discharge conveyor, along with the corresponding hydraulic unit and electrical cooling system. It employs CNC technology and servo drives for material feeding, ensuring high efficiency and consistent workpiece precision.

2. A drilling module is installed on each side, with every module capable of accommodating three drills of different dimensions. The drilling module enables CNC-controlled movement to regulate drilling depths, ensuring accurate hole positioning.
3. The rotational speed of all spindles can be continuously adjusted via a frequency converter, while the feed rates are infinitely variable through flow control valves. The transition between rapid feed, working feed, and rapid spindle retraction is fully automated.

4. The drilling line features a single marking module, with marking positions easily programmable in advance. Marking, workpiece clamping, and infeed for drilling are driven by the hydraulic system. Critical components are procured from reputable international suppliers. A circulating cooling system is incorporated to prolong the service life of the drills.
5. Both marking and drilling operations are fully automated. Finished components are discharged via a pneumatic turnover mechanism, reducing manual labor requirements and providing significant advantages compared to competing manufacturers.

6. The control system consists of the main computer, servo drives, PLC, external monitoring switches, and other essential components. By simply entering the workpiece dimensions, the machining program is automatically generated. Furthermore, the program can be saved, retrieved, displayed, and transmitted according to the workpiece identification number.
7. The machining line is furnished with a supporting and pressing device to meet the processing requirements for angles with increased bending.
