Product Features:
1. This production line consists of a transverse conveying system, turnover conveyor, infeed conveyor, CNC feeding carriage, dual drilling stations, marking station, automatic discharge conveyor, as well as the corresponding hydraulic power unit and electrical cooling system. By integrating advanced CNC control technology with servo-driven feeding, the system delivers high production efficiency and ensures stable machining accuracy for every workpiece.

2. One drilling unit is installed on each side of the machine, with each unit capable of accommodating three drill tools of different diameters. The drilling heads are CNC-controlled for positional adjustment, ensuring precise hole location and consistent machining quality.
3. All spindle speeds are continuously adjustable through frequency inverter control, while feed rates are infinitely variable via proportional speed control valves. The transition between rapid approach, machining feed, and rapid retraction is performed automatically, enhancing operational efficiency and process reliability.

4. The drilling line is equipped with an integrated marking station, allowing marking positions to be preset conveniently. Marking operations, workpiece clamping, and material feeding are all hydraulically actuated. Major hydraulic and electrical components are sourced from internationally recognized manufacturers. In addition, a recirculating coolant system is incorporated to improve drilling performance and extend tool service life.
5. Both drilling and marking operations are fully automated. Finished workpieces are discharged through a pneumatic turnover mechanism, reducing operator workload and providing enhanced production efficiency compared with conventional systems.

6. The control system consists of an industrial computer, servo drive system, PLC controller, external sensing devices, and associated control components. By simply entering workpiece dimensions, machining programs can be generated automatically. Programs may also be stored, retrieved, displayed, and transferred according to workpiece identification numbers for efficient production management.
7. The production line is equipped with a dedicated support and hold-down mechanism to accommodate angle steel sections with larger deformation or bending characteristics, ensuring stable and accurate processing.
